At Squeez Aura, we aim to get your toys to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Cost

FREE Shipping on All Orders: We offer 100% free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum order value.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Order processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and US federal holidays).
Estimated delivery time: Once your order is processed and payment is confirmed, your package will arrive within 5 to 8 business days.
Total estimated delivery: 5 to 8 business days from payment confirmation.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

5. Address Accuracy & Changes

Please make sure your shipping address (including apartment/suite number and ZIP code) is complete and correct before placing your order.

To update your shipping details, contact us at squeezaura@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

6. Sales Tax

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Applicable state and local sales tax, where required, is calculated and shown at checkout.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

Delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons such as the holidays.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of payment confirmation:

Check your tracking link for the latest carrier update.
Email squeezaura@gmail.com with your order number, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
